The Actor’s Office Dashboard comes pre-loaded with panels and links you could use for your acting career. The goal of the dashboard is to have everything in one place. 

There are currently 10 Panels to choose from:
  1. Relationships Reminders:  This is where you’ll be reminded daily to follow up with your contacts (more on this here in What are Automated Relationship Systems?)

  2. Acting Links: All the links you’d need to run your acting business 

  3. Social Links: All your social media links

  4. Audition Links: All the links you use to submit for auditions

  5. Financial Links: All the links you use to manage your finances

  6. Entertainment Links: All the links where you get your entertainment

  7. News Links: All the links where you get your news

  8. My Team: This will list all your agents and manager and link directly to their Contact

  9. Upcoming Birthdays: All the upcoming birthdays of your contacts will appear here

  10. Quote of the Day: A dose of daily inspiration



How to Add & Edit Dashboard Panels


Head to the My Account tab and select Dashboard

Once on the Dashboard overview page, click the Add Panel button to add a new panel.


To edit any panel, select the panel header and click the pencil icon to make edits and the trashcan icon to delete.


 


Deleting Links & Custom Panels

To Delete a Custom Panel go to My Account. Then clear all the links. 

Then click the trash icon. Your custom panel will be deleted.


If there are links you don’t want to see on your dashboard, simply click the trash can next to a link.  Those links will no longer appear in the Dashboard panel.  


If you want to restore a link you deleted, just click Restore and add back whatever link you’d like.



Custom Links

You can also add a custom link to any panel. Maybe you have a course you bought or your agent has a bookout calendar you need to access - then just create a custom link.

Click Add Custom



Enter the name and URL and that you want included in that panel. Then click Add.  All links are listed in alphabetical order.
