To do so, click this icon next to "Dashboard"
This will prompt a pop-up to open where you can add a name the panel.
Once you have named the panel you will be taken to your Profile where you can add links.
If you ever need to delete your new panel just delete all the links using the trash icon and then you can delete the panel with the trash icon.
