The Relationships Module is split into 4 sections:
All Relationships
Targeted List
Follow-Up List
Maintenance List
All Relationships are all your contacts. That’s where you’ll go to see everyone in your database.
A Targeted List contains all the people in the industry (CD’s, directors, Writers, producers) that you are targeting. These are the folks you want to work with, that tell the stories you tell.
A Follow-Up List contains all the industry people you JUST met whether that be over coffee, at an event, or an audition. Now you get to follow up with them to make sure you're beginning this relationship off right.
A Maintenance List contains all the people in the industry (CD’s, directors,. Writers, producers) that you’ve met, whether that be over coffee, at an event or an audition and now you are maintaining that relationship.
Why is it split like this?
It’s important to differentiate between your Targeted, Follow-Up and Maintenance Lists because you’ll be reaching out differently depending on if you’re creating, building or maintaining the relationship. It’s also good for your manager and agents to know who you know and who you want to know.
