The Relationship Reminders are the secret ingredient to The Actor’s Office. You’ll never forget to follow up with a Contact again! TAO will automatically remind you to follow up with people and what to do.  

The Relationship Reminders are triggered because of two actions taken by you:

1. Your Contact is added to a tag
   From now on, you’re going to be looking at your relationships through the lens of either Casting Directors OR Industry folks. Industry folks are everyone else - writers, producers, directors, etc.  Please make sure your Contacts are tagged appropriately before adding them to an Automated Relationships System. 

2. Your Contact is added to an Automated Relationship System
   You add a Contact to an Automated Relationship System based on how well you know your Contact. Is it a Contact on your Targeted List, Follow-Up List or your Maintenance List? There are six built in systems you’ll be using. Three systems for Casting Directors and three systems for the Industry.
   
   

Once a Contact is tagged and added into an Automated Relationship System, you just get to log in to TAO everyday, go straight to the Relationship Reminders and create, build and maintain your relationships.
