Yes! There is a feature that allows for the selection and system update for multiple contacts at once.
(This is called the batch update.)

To do a batch update head to your Relationships tab

Select the Contacts you'd like to update by clicking the checkbox next to their name. Then click Add System. This will prompt a pop-up for the batch update

Select which system you'd like to add this contact to and select add system.
