Yes! There is a feature that allows for the selection and system update for multiple contacts at once.
(This is called the batch update.)

To do a batch update head to your Relationships tab
Select the Contacts you'd like to update by clicking the checkbox next to their name. Then click Add System.
This will prompt a pop-up for the batch update


Select which system you'd like to add this contact to and select add system.
And you're all set!
You can also skip any system updates if they're already in a system or replace the system with the option selected.
