How to Add an Audition?

When you have the Auditions Module ALL auditions will be added through the Auditions Module tab NOT the Calendar.

Click “Add Audition” 



Select your Category and Subcategory for this auditions 


From there add any and all pertinent information to the Audition. [image of Audition]

Once saved you can edit the Audition by clicking “Update Appointment” via this icon

The audition will also populate on your Calendar once the date has been added. 

Adding an audition manually via the Calendar will only create an Appointment not an Audition entry in the system with the details! Your Office will sync the information from the Audition Module to the Calendar.
