How to Add a Callback, Redirect, Pin/Avail & Booking

To add a Callback click on the existing Auditions page for that project. 
Then select the toggle for Callback at the top of the page  

Once the toggle is clicked confirm the callback  

 and select the (+) icon next to “Callback” 
In the pop up you can now add all the information for this Callback and click update.

To add a Redirect click on the existing Auditions page for that project. Then select the toggle for Redirect  at the top of the page  

Once the toggle is clicked confirm the redirect  
and select the (+) icon next to “Redirect” 
In the pop up you can now add all the information for this Redirect and click update.

To add a Pin/Avail click on the existing Auditions page for that project. Then select the toggle for Pin/Avail at the top of the page  
Once the toggle is clicked confirm the Pin/Avail  

If you are released from the Pin you can select the toggle again to remove it, if you so choose.

To add a Booking click on the existing Auditions page for that project. Then select the toggle for Booked  at the top of the page  

Once the toggle is clicked confirm the redirect
  
and select the (+) icon next to “Booked” 
In the pop up you can now add all the information for this Booking and click update.  

 
To remove a Booking delete the saved Booking data from the Appointments and untoggle the button.
